Geotechnical Engineer Update

Ryan Paulson (City of Dayton) has offered an option for the City to use their backhoe to dig holes required by potential Contractors; 15’ deep holes.  Ryan thought it highly possible the City would do the work without charge.

Waiting on the grant.

We’d prefer to learn when an announcement is made for grant award.  BMCF would make a decision by 11/6/24.

Ryan will prep an MOU for the pool encompassing the fenced area; the City of Dayton will be responsible for land outside the pool area (future splash pad?)
