Attending: Fred Crowe, Ted Lowe, Terri Hessler, Katie Leid and Lisa Naylor. Dianne

McKinley was not available.

1. Call to Order by Chair Terri Hessler at 5:03 p.m.

 Recognition of guest/representative. No guests

 Additions or changes to agenda: Event Insurance

2. Consent Agenda

 Minutes – Regular meeting. Minutes were read as Lisa – May 28, 2026

 Katie moved to approve, Ted seconded, all approved

 To whom the Check needs to be written for the event insurance?

3. Public Comment – no comment

4. Friends of the Pool – Fred

 Next meeting 7/13/26 at Delany, 4:30 p.m. Committee will prepare an

application for a 501c (3)

 Boggs (flooring company family) will be new to the committee member.

2026-2027 Annual Budget is attached.

All are the same? Ted moves to accept the 2026-2027 budget as

presented. Question on Legal Fees. Do we go over with them,? Lisa

seconds, all in favor and motion approved.

 Recreation & Conservation Office Grant (needs attention)

Motion to approve RCO grant, Katie, Ted second, all approved

 Duck Derby – Katie

Labeling party at Katie’s 7/6/26 at 10 a.m.

Katie will contact Tom Osborn for big duck

Lisa will have kayakers sign release of liability. (Mike Luce

and Mike McQuary)

 Local news article – Terri

 Event Insurance – Lisa. Insurance by the Woods quote for duck derby.

Ted moves to approve, Katie seconds, approved by all. Ask Fred Crowe

for a check to cover event insurance.

 Kevin Rust asks for assistance to write the FOR in voter’s pamphlet. I’m

happy to help!
