At the regular monthly meeting a resolution will be presented for signature.

Lyle Smith, WMS Aquatics.

Reviewed pool plans.  Possible consideration to reverse the layout of the pool.  Place the zero entry at the current deep end of the pool.  Reasoning:  There is more area for easy entry as well as shade area.

Pool House Renovation:  The pool house appears to be solid.  Lyle requested that the Pool District have inspection completed.  There is adequate room for ADA restroom in both men and women bath/shower room.  Revision to showers and sink area needed.  The benches, walls, floor, and ceiling appears to be in very good condition.

Lyle requested Pool District locate the build plans from the 1980 build of the bathhouse.  This will provide needed information for the engineering of changes to each bathroom as well as the mechanical room.

Lyle checked mechanical room and felt that there was adequate room for the new system.

Suggestion by Lyle:

Construct entry from the west side of the mechanical room.

Consideration of heat pumps or propane for heating system.

Terri suggested checking with school district for possible senior community hours to clean out the pool house.

Dianne will check with City Hall to obtain as build pool house plans.

Meeting adjourned 10:34 a.m.
