Call to Order at 5 pm. Attending Dianne McKinley, Katie Leid, Terri Hessler, Lisa Naylor. Ted Lowe was absent.

How does FotP collected, banked, contributions (a variety)?
Katie can access site to review balances, payments; she provides a warrant to make payments
Dianne wants to wait to pay PO box bill
Fred will work with Katie to secure process and ensure payment to Kim Boggs
Budinger & Associates – Geotechnical exploration
Dianne talks to company (owner of business, AoK since we’re a municipality)
They will prepare a contract to ensure payment and further work.
$11,650 (we dig the hole; a 15 x 20 hole) or spend
$17,000 they (contractors) bring a core and drill; if the City does it, the work is considered a gift. Dianne recommends the latter. We’ll have Kim to review the contract prior to any work to protect us from any liability.
Dianne will prepare the financial contracts with Kim; m,s,a by Katie and Lisa. Dianne will pursue the driller @ $17,000 for contract and payment by later in May.
Board Rules & Policies
Change to Article 3 as presented; refer to the underlined phrases on the Board Rules & Policies as follows: The chairman will serve for two (2) years unless the term if office expires and the chair is not re-elected. In addition, the commission shall also appoint a commissioner to serve as treasurer to oversee the work of the bookkeeper and give a financial report at the meetings.
