Dianne McKinley opened the meeting at 5 pm.
Ted moved and Terri seconded and the group approved the Minutes of the November 18 meeting.
Lisa shared philanthropic advisor assistance.
No Public Comment.
Fred Crowe report for Friends of the Pool. January meeting on 1/8/25 at noon. FotP has at least as much money as we started with!

Levy: Auditors Report
Resolution 2004-08 Board Policy Rules Amendment Article III
We voted yes at the last meeting and I retain the copy for permanent storage.
Katie moved to adopt (and seconded by Ted, approved by all) Resolution 2004-08 Amendment Article III.
Budinger & Associates – Geotechnical Exploration Contract being reviewed by Kim Boggs. This is the company recommended by Lyle Smith, WMS.
Innovia Grant - due January 31, 2025. Early bird 1/10/25. Consider a youth engagement piece to train local kids for lifeguard training, transportation to and from local pools for summer activities; first aid, AED and CPR training would suffice. Assistance from Karen Hedine, Walla Walla YMCA. Katie and Terri
2025 Legislative Request: February 21, 2025; Dianne, Lisa, Ted. Dianne will contact Lyle Smith tomorrow 12/20/24. Contact Cande, Garfield Pool for their application and email to the Board.
2025 Sherwood Trust Grant. Letter of Intent by February 5, 2025; Dianne, Lisa and Ted.
Schedule January Work Session – early January 2025
Part of work session will need to identify book keeper duties; policies, procedures, website creation, clerical support, etc.
Following CEDS meeting an energy consultant Jacob James a Smart Delivery Coordinator for Watt Smart Coordinator. Talking about incentives for energy efficiency.
Dianne will arrange a meeting with Brian Hunt.
