Meeting called to order at 5:01 p.m. by Chair Dianne McKinley. All Board Members attending. No changes to the agenda. Cole Massey, guest speaker.
Consent agenda. Minutes - Regular meeting, March 27, 2025
Add State Auditor report and Executive Session.
Ted moved, Katie seconded. All approved the minutes of 3/27/25. Add Fred to the list of those receiving the meeting minutes.
Friends of the Pool - Fred Crowe
2nd Monday a 4:30 pm at Delany Bldg.
The Club kids will not be attending swimming lessons, but will be swimming this
summer.
Terri will clarify difference between Pool District and Friends of the Pool.
i.e. question asked at NUP Meeting, weekly in local publications; Dayton Chronicle, The Waitsburg Times, Walla Walla Union Bulletin.
Cole will look into disabled messages to allow the Board to reply in a timely manner.

Collected $15,217.19; expenditures of $1,754, outstanding bill presented for $86.63. Balance $13,376.63.

Personnel Policy - development (Lisa) Waiting on Cande at Garfield.
Financial Management Policy - Katie met with Carla Rowe, County Treasurer. Reviewed operating policies. Dianne will share what she has. Katie will offer a draft next month.
Credit Card Policy - Action item, Adoption - Resolution
$3,000 limit and draft review. We'll adopt today with Resolution of 2025-02. All approved.
Interlocal Agreement - City of Dayton.
Working on this now.
Webpage - Terri. Great presentation by Cole Massey.
Geotechnical Report - Ranking Results. We recommended Budinger & Associates, Katie moved, Terri seconded; all approved. Ted was unable to review due to personal issues. Kim Boggs will review our selection and rationale. Lisa will file the reviews for permanent storage.
Promotion Concept - Roger Trump to help to promote our pool, old pool and increase donations during Alumni Weekend. Loop Fred into this effort.
2025 levy. We need to decide and how to proceed as the August date gets closer.
Executive Session started in 6:40 p.m. to discuss personnel concerns. No decisions were made.
Next meeting is Thursday, May 29, 2025, beginning at 5 p.m. at the conference room in Columbia County Fire District #3 office.
