Meeting called to order at 5:05 p.m. by Chair Dianne McKinley. Terri Hessler, Lisa Naylor, Katie Leid, and Ted Lowe attending. Friends of the Pool Chair, Fred Crowe also attended.

Fred is having Jordyn manage the Facebook page and working on QR codes for facilitating donations.

DaytonPublicPool Facebook Page (type in search) Open the page and invite friends
Fred is working on a Venmo, PayPal for Friends of the Pool Facebook page and to a P.O. Box. Also, add a QR for streamlining donations.
If you want to see Dayton Friends of the Pool – it’s a separate site.
Fred asks the sites be compatible. As long as donations go to the nonprofit, Friends of the Pool. Donations made are tax deductible.
CommNet needs direction on how best to manage the FotP donations and paper trail.
Consider additional QR codes for holiday giving, events and local Ted moved to pay outstanding vouchers, Terri 2nd, approved by all.
Q. Do we want a QR code linking to the website? Yes! Donations go to FotP Facebook page for donations.

Instagram has 5 Dayton Pool followers. Getting traction is tough and can be a waste of time.
Facebook has over 100+ followers
Capital Campaign - Elsa Watson. All read her written report. Sherwood Trust has been contacted. Innovia (Capital Projects) come in the spring, CDBG, State Direct Appropriation; Mary Dye, Joe Schmick, Mark Schloesler. Dianne will contact.
Katie contacted Innovia in Spokane.
RCO – Butch Lovelace – contacted. Dates have been identified. Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Best to meet in the am. Set up a zoom link. Elsa, Fred, and Commissioners. Pool renderings will be resent by Dianne.
Consider mounting the pool renderings for public viewing and a busy location; banks with QR codes.
Adjust rendering Proposal (Elsa’s summary)l will reflect the WMS estimate of construction to reflect $3,652,544.94
